We will accept returns on ready to wear online store items for refund or exchange within 14 business days, so long as the piece is unworn or damaged and remains in original condition and in it’s original packaging.

Please email us : info@thehouseofhats.com.au prior to shipping your item back with your order number # and if you are requesting an exchange or refund.

Once we receive your item back we will then exchange for the requested item or process a refund for you.

The Cost of the return shipping is incurred by the buyer

Please ship your item back using a tracking postal service so your item doesn’t let lost in the mail

once we receive your item we will process your refund.

We do not accept returns on any custom made orders as these are made specifically for the clients requirements.
