Vintage 1940s Black patent straw small top hat.
Beautiful hat from the time , featuring a crown slops down at the back with
small turned up brim with thick black grosgrain bow trim around the crown and finished
with black veiling that drapes across the face and wraps all the way around the brim and fall down the back.
A really beautiful glamorous hat from the era.
