Incredible early 1950s Cartwheel Hat made from a textured dupion silk.
Shallow crown featuring red silk flowers all around it and red ostrich feathers wrapped around.
The back is finished with a find grosgrain bow.
The inside has a seperate piece that is wired and sits ontop of the head to give a true 1950s dior style look.
This hat looks magnificent on and would look amazing paired with a 1950s dress.

Condition : Greta vintage condition, tow small holes on the back in the fabric and some wear on the edge of the grosgrain ribbon on the brim edge, and some paint peeling of the edge of the feather spin, but overall presents really well.
